Stephanie + Tim Laning · Husband and wife · Co-founders

A husband-and-wife team running a small consultancy from Wisconsin — because marketing agencies get worse as they grow, and we didn't want to.

No account managers. No junior staff. No outsourced work. When you hire GetFound365, you hire us — both of us. We're based in Green Bay and work with independent med spas across the United States.

Why we do this

The story.

Look at almost any 30-mile market in the country and you'll find the same shape. The top three spots on Google Maps belong to a franchise, a chain, or whoever has the largest ad budget. And somewhere down at position 6 — where nearly nobody scrolls — sits an independent practice run by someone with fifteen years of experience, meticulous standards, and genuinely better outcomes.

That gap isn't a quality-of-care problem. It's an attention problem. The franchises pay firms to work their profiles every week. The independents assume their work should speak for itself.

It doesn't. Not online. Not to a patient comparing eight spas on her phone at 10pm, who is deciding from a star rating, a handful of photos, and how recently someone said something good about you.

So we built GetFound365 around one idea: a small firm, run by the two people who actually do the work, treating a limited number of independent practices the way the franchises treat themselves — real systems, real reporting, real accountability. One practice per market. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

A husband-and-wife team · one shared roster

Two people. One business. You'll know both of us.

Founder · Client strategy · Your point of contact

Stephanie Laning

Stephanie leads the client side of the business. She writes every assessment before it goes out, runs every strategy conversation, takes every scheduled call, and owns the relationship with every practice on the roster. If you're in a meeting with GetFound365, you're in a meeting with Stephanie.

She reads more med spa reviews in a week than most owners read in a year — which is exactly as obsessive as it sounds, and exactly what the work requires.

Founder · Systems & execution

Tim Laning

Tim runs the operational side — profile rebuilds, reporting, review requests, and every piece of technical plumbing that keeps the work running between reports.

Stephanie leads day to day, so most of your conversations will be with her. But Tim isn't hidden behind a support queue: if something needs him, you'll get him, and you'll get him directly. That's the advantage of a business with two people in it.

What's different

Three things that should be standard in this industry — and almost never are.

01

Qualify before we quote

We look at your market before we ever discuss packages. Call or email and Stephanie will run you a market assessment — where your profile stands, whether your 30-mile radius is still open — and send it back in writing at no cost. If we can't help, because your market is claimed or your practice isn't a fit for what we do, we'll tell you that instead. Agencies that quote on the first call are selling you a tier, not a solution.

02

Founder-level work, not founder-fronted sales

Every piece of work a client sees is built by one of us. Stephanie writes the assessments and runs the calls; Tim builds and maintains the systems underneath. Clair, our AI assistant, answers the line at (920) 310-6993 around the clock and can walk you through how any of this works — which means our hours go to client work instead of the same five discovery questions. Anything she can't answer goes to Stephanie, and Stephanie follows up within one business day.

03

Exclusive territory, month-to-month, always

One practice per 30-mile radius. Cancel anytime. No annual contracts, no claw-backs, no penalties. Whoever signs first in your market takes the spot. From the moment you sign, we turn down every other practice in that radius — and we'll turn you down if a competitor gets there first. This isn't a policy we negotiate on.

Our view

What we believe.

Quality of care doesn't win online — visibility does.

Until a patient walks through your door, they can't experience the work. All they can see is your profile. Everything we do is built around making that first impression match the quality you deliver. If visibility isn't there, nothing else matters — not your pricing, not your outcomes, not your credentials.

Most "marketing" is noise dressed up as strategy.

Paid ads, social blitzes, rebrand campaigns — they burn money and rarely move local search. What moves it is boring, repeatable, and almost never talked about: consistent profile work and steady review velocity. That's what we do. It isn't exciting. It works.

A small roster isn't a limitation — it's the point.

Agencies tend to get worse as they get bigger, because attention gets spread thinner with every account added. We cap how many practices we take on, because that's the only honest way to promise founder-level work. If we can't give a new client the same quality we give every existing one, we don't take them on.

Ready to see where your practice actually stands?

Call or email and just ask. If you'd like a market assessment, Stephanie will run one for you — where your profile stands, whether your radius is still open, what we'd address first — and send it back in writing at no cost. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you why.
