Local visibility · Reputation · Independent med spas

We get one med spa per market found first on Google.

GetFound365 is a husband-and-wife firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin, working with independent med spas across the United States. We optimize Google Business Profiles and build steady 5-star review flow — and we take on exactly one practice per 30-mile market, so we're never working for you and your competitor at the same time.

What we actually do

Three things, done properly.

No ad spend, no rebrand, no social media campaign. Local search rewards a narrow set of things, and we do those things every week instead of once at setup.

Google Business Profile

Get the profile working

Categories, services, service areas, hours, photos, Q&A, and posts — built out and maintained, so Google has a reason to rank you above the practice down the road.

Reviews

Keep reviews coming in

A request goes out after each visit, so new 5-star reviews arrive every week instead of in bursts whenever someone remembers to ask.

Map visibility

Track where you rank

We measure your position across your whole service area — not just at your front door — so you can watch the map fill in month over month.

How we work

One practice per 30-mile market.

Google shows three businesses in the map results. Three. If we worked with two med spas in the same area, we'd be pushing both toward the same three spots — and moving one of you up means moving the other down. One of you would be paying us to lose.

So we take one practice per 30-mile radius. When you start with us, that area closes. We turn down every other med spa inside it for as long as you're with us — and we'd have turned you down if a practice near you had gotten here first.

Which also means your competitor can't hire us. Whoever asks first takes the spot, and it isn't for sale after that.

Most markets are still open. If you want to know about yours, call and we'll check it while you're on the phone.

How it works

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

01

Market assessment

Call or email and Stephanie will run one for you — whether your 30-mile market is still open, and a written read on where your profile stands today: how you rank across your service area, what the practices nearest you are doing that you aren't, and what we'd address first. A couple of business days, no cost, nothing to sign.

02

Done-for-you setup

If you want to go ahead, we rebuild the profile — categories, services treatment by treatment, photos, hours, the details that decide what you're eligible to rank for — put review requests in place, and set the baseline we'll measure against. Your market closes here.

03

Ongoing management

Thirty days after setup we show you what actually moved. If you want us to keep going from there, we'll walk you through the options then — not before.

Fit

Is this a fit for your practice?

Good fit

This works well if

  • You own an independent practice — not a franchise or a chain location
  • Most of your patients come from within about 30 miles
  • Your work is good and your schedule still has gaps in it
  • You'd rather fill those gaps through Google than through discounting
  • You can decide this yourself, without a corporate office
Not a fit

Look elsewhere if

  • You need patients booked this week — this builds over months, not days
  • You're after paid ads, social campaigns, or a rebrand — we don't do those
  • You want a large agency with an account team and quarterly decks
  • A med spa near you got here first — that spot is theirs until they leave
Who you're dealing with

Two people, and you'll know both of us.

The work is local — your market, your competitors, your radius — but we don't have to be. There's no account manager, no junior staff, and no reason to explain your practice twice.

More about us
Straight answers

The questions we get every time.

How long before anything changes?

Profile corrections — categories, services, hours, photos — can affect what you're eligible to show up for within weeks. Prominence is the slow part. Reviews and consistency build over months, and that's the piece a competitor can't quickly undo.

Anyone promising you a position by a specific date is guessing. Google doesn't publish a timetable and neither will we.

I already pay someone for SEO. Isn't this the same thing?

Almost certainly not. Website SEO competes in the ordinary web results. Your profile competes in the map results above them, and it's ranked on entirely different signals.

Worth asking whoever you're paying: what have you changed on my Google Business Profile in the last ninety days? If the answer is nothing, that slot isn't being worked.

Do you need access to my Google account?

We need manager access to the Business Profile itself — not your email, not your website, not your patient systems. You stay the owner throughout, and you can remove our access from your end at any time without asking us.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever. No annual term, no cancellation fee, no clawback.

The exclusivity runs both directions: while you're with us your 30-mile radius is closed to every other med spa, and when you leave, it opens.

What happens to the profile if we stop working together?

It's yours and it stays exactly as it is. The categories, the services, the photos, the reviews — all of it lives on your Google profile, not on anything of ours. We remove our access and that's the end of it.

How do you get reviews? I don't want anything that looks fake.

A request goes to real patients after real visits, and that's the whole mechanism. We don't write reviews, don't buy them, don't offer anything in exchange for one, and don't filter out unhappy patients before asking — all of which violate Google's policies and can get a profile penalised.

We also keep review responses free of anything identifying, since confirming someone was a patient is a problem you don't want.

What if a practice near me is already signed?

Then we'll tell you on the call, and there's nothing to sell you. We won't take you on as a second practice in the same radius, and we won't put you on a waiting list to be contacted if something changes.
