GetFound365 ("we," "us," or "our") is a small consultancy that provides local visibility and reputation services to independent medical spas. Services include Google Business Profile audits and rebuilds, review generation automation, review monitoring and response management, reputation and competitor benchmarking, missed-call text-back automation, and monthly ranking reports. GetFound365 is operated by Stephanie and Tim Laning and is based in Wisconsin, United States.

When you submit our qualifier form, you are requesting that we review your practice, your Google Business Profile, and your market to determine whether we can provide a free written audit. Submitting the form does not guarantee that you will receive an audit.
We reserve the right to decline to provide an audit for any reason, including but not limited to: your practice falling outside our qualification criteria, your 30-mile market already being served by an existing client, or your situation being one we cannot confidently help with.
The free audit is informational. It reflects our professional opinion based on the data we review at the time of the audit. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, ranking, traffic increase, or revenue result. Results depend on many factors outside our control — including Google algorithm changes, competitor actions, and your own implementation of any recommendations.
Our phone line at (920) 310-6993 is answered 24 hours a day by an AI-powered receptionist. When you call, you interact with an automated system that can answer questions, capture your request, and escalate matters to Stephanie or Tim when appropriate.
Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and follow-up purposes. By calling this number, you consent to such recording and transcription in accordance with applicable law.

When you provide your mobile phone number through our qualifier form, during an engagement, or directly to us, you consent to receive SMS text messages from GetFound365 related to:
GetFound365 sends SMS messages only from its own business number. We do not send messages on behalf of our med spa clients or any other third party.
Message frequency varies. Typical volume is 1–3 messages per month. Frequency is primarily driven by your own activity — submitting a form, booking an appointment, or calling our number.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. GetFound365 is not responsible for these charges.
How to opt out. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. To rejoin, reply START.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's coverage and service availability.
No mobile information or consent obtained through our qualifier form or any other means will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors or service providers that directly support our ability to deliver the services you've requested (for example, our SMS platform provider), and those providers are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes.

When a client signs a monthly retainer with GetFound365, we commit to not accepting another monthly retainer from a competing independent med spa within a 30-mile radius of that client's primary location for the duration of the engagement. This territorial exclusivity applies only to active monthly retainer clients and does not extend to one-time services, audit-only engagements, or practices located outside the 30-mile radius.
Submitting a qualifier form, receiving a free audit, or engaging with us in any preliminary capacity does not create an exclusivity obligation on our part. Exclusivity begins only when a signed retainer agreement is in effect and ends when the engagement ends.
The qualifier form and the resulting free audit are offered at no cost to qualifying practices. Any paid services — including but not limited to one-time setup fees and monthly retainer services — are governed by a separate written service agreement provided to you at the time of purchase. That agreement will detail applicable fees, billing cycles, cancellation terms, and deliverables.
Monthly retainer services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Clients may cancel monthly services at any time as described in their service agreement. No long-term contracts are required.
GetFound365 does not guarantee any specific ranking position, review count, traffic volume, revenue outcome, or other business result. Local search visibility depends on Google's proprietary algorithms, competitor activity, your own operational factors (patient experience, service quality, staff responsiveness), and market conditions — none of which are entirely within our control.
Statements on our website regarding typical outcomes, click share percentages, revenue recovery, review velocity, and similar metrics reflect general industry benchmarks and observed patterns across the practices we've worked with. They are not a promise of your specific outcome.
We only take on clients we believe we can meaningfully help. If we determine at any time that we cannot deliver meaningful improvement for a retainer client, we will communicate that directly.
If we are engaged to manage your Google Business Profile or other accounts, you authorize us to access those accounts for the purposes described in your service agreement. You retain full ownership of your accounts, profile data, reviews, and any content created on your behalf.
Upon the end of our engagement, we will remove our access from your accounts and return or destroy any account credentials in our possession, as applicable.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and the GetFound365 brand — is owned by GetFound365 or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without our written permission.
Written audits, strategic recommendations, and custom materials we deliver to you are licensed to you for your internal business use. You retain the right to act on the recommendations, share them with your internal team, or hand them to another service provider. You do not have the right to resell our deliverables or present them as your own work.
Information you submit through our qualifier form or provide in the course of an engagement (including your name, practice name, contact details, and any business information shared) is used to evaluate your practice, deliver requested services, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetFound365, its owners, and its agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost revenue.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services we provide shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms — including Google Business Profile, Go HighLevel, email service providers, and our AI receptionist provider. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or end engagements at our discretion — including but not limited to situations involving non-payment, abusive conduct, violation of these Terms, or our determination that we can no longer meaningfully help your practice.
You may stop using our website at any time. Termination of a paid service is governed by your service agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Your continued use of our website or services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
