1. Services Provided
We provide AI-powered receptionist automation tools designed for small businesses and service providers. Our packages include setup, training, integration, and ongoing support for your AI receptionist.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice.
2. Payment & Billing
-A one-time setup fee of $297 is due before onboarding begins.
-Monthly service fee of $499 will be charged on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
-Payment is collected via secure third-party processors.
-You are responsible for keeping billing details accurate and up to date.
3. Refunds & Guarantees
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you do not book at least one extra job through our AI Receptionist system. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of activation.
Beyond this period, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
-Provide accurate and complete business information for setup
-Allow us access to your Google Business Profile (if applicable)
-Respond promptly to onboarding communication
-Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Failure to cooperate may result in delays or disruption of service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and systems used in delivering our services remain the property of Get Found 365 . You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost leads or business opportunities.
While we strive for reliable performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our service indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
